Sakura Sushi & Teppanyaki has a 24-hour cancellation policy. For reservations requiring a credit card, typically due to party size or special event days, a fee of $25 per person will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time. We reserve tables for no longer than 10 minutes past the scheduled reservation time. Sushi Bar and Sushi Tables are reserved for walk-ins only. We offer a gluten-friendly sushi menu and can accommodate many allergies; however, due to the shared nature of teppanyaki dining, allergy-related meals are prepared separately in the kitchen to reduce cross-contact risk and preserve the dining experience of other guests. Allergy meals may arrive separately or before/after other teppanyaki entrées. Due to the nature of our kitchen, we regularly process and serve all major allergens. As a result, nothing in our restaurant can be considered completely free from allergens. While certain items may not contain specific ingredients, we cannot guarantee that cross contamination has not occurred. Please inform your server immediately of any allergies.

Teppan Tables
Dining at a Teppan Table combines the theatre of a show with the artistry of Teppan-style cooking. Sit back and watch as the chefs as expertly prepare your chosen dish, from fresh seafood to chicken and succulent steak cuts. All Teppan dishes are served the classic way, with soup, Hibachi vegetables, and steamed rice.
Sushi Bar
Originally the first sushi restaurant in Flagstaff, Sakura prides itself in its delicious creations. Sushi and sashimi making is a true art form and our chefs are highly trained in the skill, presenting tantilizing bites using the freshest seafood. An array of appetizers are also available, including egg rolls and salads.
